Handcrafted Native American Style Flutes using locally sourced Wood. Each flute is created using chisels and burning tools to make them play and to tune them. This gives each flute a unique sound and aroma. Every flute is tuned either to 432 Htz or 440 Htz. I create my flutes with a focus on the beauty and unique features of the each unique piece of wood. I have access to Hawaiian Koa, Monkey Pod and Mango for now as I transition to my new home. I will be sourcing Cedar, Maple and Walnut locally to begin exploring the NC woods and slowing expanding my stock of different local woods.
Each flute is created from my shop in Western North Carolina, just south of asheville. I use all natural organic products in creating my flutes., applying multiple coats of tung oil and wood wax. |
